Q: Can I get a copy of my background check once it has been completed?
A: Yes, once your DBS background check is completed, a copy will be provided to your home address.
If you haven’t received your certificate in the mail, go to the DBS website and request a reprint.
Pro2Help are not sent a copy of your check.
Q: Can I use my existing DBS Check?
A: We can accept your DBS certificate if it is dated within 6 months of your activation date and is in good condition.
If you forget to bring it in, we will run a new one for you.
Q: Why do I need to complete a background (DBS) check?
A: The purpose of the background check is to ensure that you have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom, that you are using valid ID, and that you have no outstanding criminal convictions.
To be on the platform, all professionals must first complete a background check.
Q: How do I register as self-employed?
A: If you start working as self-employed you must register with HMRC. Once you start operating as self employed, you will need to complete a self assessment tax return every year and pay your own National Insurance Contributions.

Q: What do I need to apply to Pro2Help?
A: In order to apply for a cleaning professional at pro2Help you need to present digital versions, copies or photos of the following documents:
DBS check – this is the basic check for criminal record for our candidates.
UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) – 10-digit number which is unique for each individual and is needed for every taxpayer in UK.
NIN (National Insurance Number) is a number used in the United Kingdom for administration of the National Insurance or for the social security system. It is sometimes referred as NI No or NINO.

Q: How do I get paid for my work and when?
A: You will be paid once a week directly to your bank account, for the jobs paid by customers during the previous week.
Payments – the reports are prepared and sent to the professionals weekly from Tuesday till Friday /including/.
If after the report is prepared Pro2Help owes any amount to the Professional, it will be transferred to him within 24 hours of receiving the report, unless requested otherwise by the Professional;
In case of an approved refund from a Professional to Pro2Help or a client, this refund should be organized within 5 working days.
Important to know:
- The service is paid from our customers by the hour per cleaner.
- Early/ Late/ Bank Holiday, etc. surcharges are possible.
- We currently accept Card Payment only.
- D&E come on top if we need to bring them.
- No hidden costs – no managing & support fees.

Q: How to earn more money by Positive Review Bonus
A:
- After each service you can send a templated SMS inviting the client to rate us on Google Pro2Help.
- Once they give us a positive review you get a 20 GBP reward and an SMS confirmation.
- If there is a positive review but you haven’t sent the message, you are not eligible to receive the bonus.

Q: What type of work I am expected to do during a job?
A:
- General dusting and hoovering of floors and upholstery/furniture;
- Cleaning and polishing of all types of surfaces (except marble);
- Bathroom cleaning – regular maintenance;
- Cleaning of kitchen & kitchen appliances – includes regular maintenance (wipe in and out). An oven is cleaned in and out with the available detergents. When the oven condition requires a deep professional clean, we must offer a separate one-off service performed by professionally trained oven cleaning technicians;
- Dish-washing – by hand (if up to a pile only) or loading/unloading dishwasher;
- Window cleaning- windows can be cleaned inside only as far as reachable without special equipment/ladder;
- Folding clothes and ironing;
- Laundry (if the client sets/writes down the program for the washing machine);
- Changing bed linen/sheets;
- Tidying up;
- Emptying bins.
***Jobs DO NOT include: cook, cut vegetables, take care of children or sick people, do any gardening work or any work outdoors at all (except sweeping the steps or a small patio), move furniture and bring heavy items from one place to another, walking pets. More info can be found in the section FAQ

Q: Can I work in the evening?
A: The latest time you can start a job is 19:00, so at this stage no night shifts are possible after 22:00.
Q: How do I travel between jobs?
A: Most of our professionals travel by public transport. Thus, normally we prefer the cleaning materials to be supplied by the client as they know best what is good for their property.
Q: How far would I have to travel for a job?
A: By using bFantastic you get jobs only around in your area, so you are not required to travel far for a job.
Q: Why is there a weekly fee of 4.99 for the platform/ app? What does it cover and is it payable if I am not working for a certain period of time?
A: All Professionals on the platform pay a weekly fee but you only pay this on weeks that you are working. If you’re on holiday you do not pay anything.
The fee is just £4.99 a week (the first 4 weeks are FREE, the deduction starts on your 5th week on the platform) and gets you access to:

- Insurance policy which will cover up to 50% of any cost to cover accidental damage in a customer’s home
